What are the Best Vitamins for the Heart?

Most of the important vitamins for the heart are also essential for overall health, so incorporating them into your diet can offer benefits far beyond bolstering your cardiovascular system. Yet vitamins are just one of the many nutrients your body needs to function at optimal capacity.

There are certain chemicals that the body needs in order to perform all of its daily functions, from building muscle to metabolizing fat to removing toxins. Vitamins fall under this category, and since the body cannot produce them on its own, its important to get these important nutrients from our diet or from supplementation. Basically, vitamins assist in all of the chemical processes that occur within the body on a daily basis.

When we refer to vitamins for the heart, we are referring to those that specifically benefit the cardiovascular system, although a spectrum is always ideal for general wellness.

However, if you mention heart vitamins to a doctor or nutritionist, he or she will most likely bring up the B Family of vitamins. The actions of these nutrients can directly help promote cardiovascular health, and reduce your chances of developing heart disease.

The specific B vitamins for the heart include vitamin B9, known more commonly as folic acid, B6 and B12. These 3 vitamins help remove an abnormal protein from the body called homocysteine. Studies show that those with elevated homocysteine levels are at a greater risk for a heart event, with over 10% of coronary deaths attributed to high concentrations of this protein in the blood.

Since meat is a good source of essential B vitamins for heart health, many vegetarians are at increased risk of dangerous homocysteine levels, and as such should supplement them to avoid health complications.

Another one of the important B heart vitamins is niacin (B3). It has been shown in some clinical studies to reduce cholesterol when administered in high doses. High cholesterol is a well-known risk indicator of heart disease.

Outside of the B vitamins for the heart, vitamins C and E are also important. These two antioxidants work together to help remove toxic chemical byproducts, known as free radicals, from the body. Free radicals can cause cell damage and lead to heart disease, cancer and other serious health complications. Yet vitamins for heart health are just one source of important antioxidants...some herbal extracts and other nutrients have more antioxidant power than vitamins. As such the ideal heart health regimen will include these other sources as well.

So what's the best way to get all of the vitamins for the heart?

Start with a balanced diet, including foods from all groups, especially fruits, vegetables, lean meat and nuts, which are nutrient dense. Because many of the nutrients in the foods we eat are depleted by the time they hit store shelves due to poor manufacturing and handling processes, you might want to consider supplementing these essential heart vitamins in the form of a comprehensive formula that also includes minerals, herbal extracts and other compounds that can help promote cardiovascular health.

With all of the therapeutic nutrients together with vitamins heart health can be achieved, and you can significantly reduce your risk of a cardiovascular event. Learn more about promoting a healthy heart on our site.

Craziness starts with the invasion of the absurd content which exists in the wild side of the human conscience, however, how did this content become so absurd?

The first conscience had to face many problems and deceptions from the beginning of its existence. From deception to deception and from problem to problem, it became neurotic, hysterical, psychotic and then schizophrenic.

Now, let me show you with an example how someone starts becoming crazy.

First he is characterized by calm: he has only positive thoughts in his mind, courage, good disposition and honesty.

Then he is betrayed by someone, who also steals all his money.

Time passes, he manages to recuperate the money he lost by working very hard, when suddenly someone else betrays him again, and again steals all his money.

Time passes again and he makes money again and everything happens again: he loses everything because someone betrays him and steals all his money.

One day he appears on the front page of the local newspaper with the following headline: "Crazy man kills innocent boy only because he admired his wallet." The story continues as follows: "The crazy man was paying for something he bought, when the boy saw his wallet and told him that it was very nice. The man looked at him with anger, started shaking and sweating. Then, he took his pistol from his pocket, killing the boy with a shot. He ran away so fast that nobody could catch him at that time of the afternoon, when only a few people were walking in the streets".

What happened?

The crazy man became crazy because he lost everything many times and he considered the boy as if he was another thief.

Does it mean then that when someone faces recurring deceptions he or she will become crazy?

Yes and no: it depends on the level of domination of the wild side.

If the anti-conscience (wild conscience) hadn't invaded the human side of the conscience of the man in our example, he would not be so violent. His reaction could be aggressive if he considered the boy a possible thief, but he would never come to the point of killing him for this reason.

The extreme violence expressed in cases of psychosis and schizophrenia has its roots in a very remote past, when the human conscience was starting to understand that it was alive and starting to think and desire many things.

It accumulated many aggressive reactions and became too violent. This is why after three serious deceptions, the man in our story, who inherited an absurd and wild conscience (anti-conscience), became a murderer.

He didn't need to pass through several deceptions in his life in order to come to the point of becoming so violent, exactly because all this violence was already accumulated in the wild part of his conscience - he simply inherited this content like everyone. Depending on the psychological type of everyone and the conditions of their lives, this content may or may not appear in the conscious surface.

If you want to keep your mental health for life and eliminate the wild anti-conscience for sure by transforming it into a positive part of your human side, start paying attention to the dreams you see when you sleep, take notes, and learn how to interpret them according to the scientific method of dream interpretation, which is the unique one that exactly translates their meaning.

The wise unconscious mind that produces your dreams is the best psychologist and counselor you could find!

You will be guided and cured without difficulty if you are only depressed or neurotic, but with some delay if you are already hysterical, psychotic or schizophrenic; however you will find relief and cure for sure, no matter what your problem is: you only need to trust your natural doctor.

Prevent Depression and Craziness through the scientific method of Dream Interpretation discovered by Carl Jung and simplified by Christina Sponias, a writer who continued Jung's research in the unknown region of the human psychic sphere.

If you think that your new home based business does not need to be insured separately, since you already have homeowners' insurance, you have another think coming! Most homeowners' insurance policies limit loss of business property to $2500, do not cover losses away from home and exclude liability coverage for business-related activity. How's that for protection!

But before you buy that insurance, assess your needs and get quotes from a number of companies to determine the amount and type of insurance suitable for your business needs. Incidentally, most businesses go in for property and liability insurance.

Property Insurance - As the name suggests, this type of insurance covers your business for damage or loss to physical property. A comprehensive property insurance policy should cover equipment and machinery, office furniture, computers and accessories, inventory and supplies, fixtures such as lighting systems or carpeting and the actual building structure occupied by your business. Make sure you understand the coverage limits on various policies, any deductibles or co-payments that may be required and how the insurance company pays claims.

Liability Insurance - Liability coverage protects your business against lawsuits arising from personal damage or injury that has occurred on your premises. Your homeowners' or renters' insurance may not protect you against liability to business visitors. A general liability policy covers damages that your business is ordered to pay to an individual who is injured on your property.

If you sell manufactured or assembled goods, you should consider taking product liability insurance. This type of insurance protects you in situations when the product you sold creates or is perceived to have created harm or damage to the buyer. On the other hand, if you're a professional, such as a doctor, lawyer, architect, computer consultant or realtor you should also consider carrying professional liability insurance.

In addition to the type of insurance discussed above, you should also consider commercial auto insurance if you use a vehicle, even if it is your private car, in the course of operating your business. It covers damage that you or an employee may cause in a business-related accident. Similarly, make sure you insure all employees' personal cars that are used for business purposes. If your business has employees, you will also need workers' compensation insurance which covers their injuries on the job.

Several insurance companies have special "package" policies that cover both your home and a business that is run from there. Typically, these policies cover computer equipment and other business property, whether used in your house or elsewhere and protect you from business liability lawsuits and loss of income. These types of policies usually cost less than either adding riders to your home insurance or buying separate policies for home and business. Since there are lots of options to choose from, it's a good policy to shop around a bit to get the best value from your policy.

Mobile homes are fragile structures and are especially vulnerable to damage from wind and fire. Your possessions are not covered by your landlord's insurance, so if you don't have renters insurance you could lose everything you own.

What Does Mobile Home Renters Insurance Cover?

Mobile home renters insurance typically provides two types of coverage:

* Personal property coverage, which protects your belongings if they are damaged, destroyed, or stolen

* Liability coverage, which pays if you damage someone else's property or if someone is injured while on your property

The insurance may also include loss of use coverage, which will help with living expenses if the mobile home is damaged and you need to live elsewhere while it is repaired. If this coverage is not automatically included, you may be able to purchase it for a small extra cost.

Where Can You Find an Affordable Policy?

Renters insurance policies for a mobile home are very affordable, usually only a couple hundred dollars a year or less. To make sure you're getting the best price, it's a good idea to comparison shop for your policy by going to an insurance comparison website.

You'll fill out a simple online questionnaire with information about yourself and your insurance needs. Once you submit the questionnaire, you'll receive quotes from multiple A-rated insurance companies and you can choose the cheapest one.

The best insurance comparison websites even offer an online chat feature so you can get fast, accurate answers to all your mobile home renters insurance questions directly from knowledgeable insurance professionals (see link below).

To keep your premium as low as possible, set your deductible as high as you can afford. With a high deductible, you'll pay more toward any claims, but your premiums will be much less.

Car Insurance and Your Credit Score

Did you know that your car insurance premiums may be affected by your credit score? Well, they can, and more and more automobile insurance companies are turning to this new system of premium determination. Not all companies are using this new system but many are, and if your company is using it, you should know a few things.

There is a philosophy behind this system. Some consumers may not agree with it, but there is one. After years of data collection, research, and study some car insurance companies have concluded that those individuals who have low credit scores are also the individuals who file the most claims. This assertion leads to some interesting questions, the most notable being: Do people with lower credit scores drive more poorly than those with higher scores?

The answer to that question is debatable. It might very well be that car insurance companies receive more claims from lower credit score individuals for reasons that have nothing to do with accidents. It is entirely possible that these same people live in communities where auto theft or vandalism is more prevalent than in other communities. There is also some debate over fraudulent claims, which would increase the overall number of claims associated with those who have lower credit scores.

Of course there is a flip side to this. What about those individuals who have low credit scores but have never had an accident or filed a claim? Is it fair for car insurance companies to increase their premiums? This is the crux of the debate, whether or not it is fair for an entire group of people to be penalized for the actions of a few.

In the past, car insurance companies have often used this broad stroke approach to setting premiums. For instance, we all know that younger drivers are usually assessed a higher premium, and this applies whether the driver in question has ever had an accident or not. All younger drivers pay more, or so it seems, and there is evidence that these younger drivers do have more accidents than people who are older.

On the issue of using credit scores, however, as a basis for determining the car insurance premiums that you may have to pay, there are a couple of things you can do. First, you should review your credit reports and scores to make sure they are accurate. You might be surprised at how often mistakes or omissions are found in these reports. Another option is to ask your car insurance company if they are using this system. You may find it more economical to switch to another company that does not use credit scores as a premium setting module.

Lastly, if you discover your company is using this model, you may want to sit down with your car insurance representative and ask him or her for a waiver. This will only work if you have a clean driving record. They may be willing to offer you a better rate rather than lose you as a customer.
